الشروط والأحكام Terms & Conditions

باستخدامك لموقع ومتجر ناين داكس فإنك توافق على الشروط التالية. يُرجى قراءتها بعناية قبل إتمام أي طلب. By using the Nine Ducks website and store, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing any order.

١) طبيعة المنتجات1) Nature of products

• منتجاتنا أغذية صحية استهلاكية (مكرونة، شيبس، آيس بوبس، مشروب بروتين). المعلومات الغذائية على العبوة/الموقع لأغراض تعريفية وليست نصيحة طبية.Our products are consumable healthy foods (pasta, chips, ice pops, protein drink). Nutrition information on packs/the site is informational and not medical advice.
• إن كنت تعاني من حساسية أو حالة صحية خاصة، راجع المكونات واستشر مختصًا قبل الاستهلاك.If you have allergies or a special health condition, check ingredients and consult a professional before consumption.

٢) الطلبات والأسعار2) Orders & pricing

• تُعرض الأسعار بالجنيه المصري ما لم يُذكر غير ذلك، وقد تتغير دون إشعار مسبق حتى تأكيد الطلب.Prices are shown in EGP unless otherwise stated, and may change without prior notice until the order is confirmed.
• نحتفظ بحق رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب في حال وجود خطأ سعري واضح أو نفاد المخزون أو اشتباه احتيال.We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of an obvious pricing error, stock shortage, or suspected fraud.

٣) الدفع3) Payment

يتم الدفع عبر الوسائل المتاحة في المتجر (مثل الدفع عند الاستلام أو البوابات الإلكترونية). أنت مسؤول عن صحة بيانات الدفع المقدمة. Payment is made via methods available in the store (such as cash on delivery or online gateways). You are responsible for the accuracy of payment details provided.

٤) الملكية الفكرية4) Intellectual property

اسم Nine Ducks / ناين داكس، الشعار، والشعار النصي We Quack for your Health، والمحتوى البصري محميون. يُمنع النسخ أو الاستخدام التجاري دون إذن كتابي. The Nine Ducks name, logo, tagline “We Quack for your Health,” and visual content are protected. Copying or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

٥) المسؤولية5) Liability

نبذل جهدًا معقولًا لعرض معلومات دقيقة. لا نتحمل مسؤولية أضرار غير مباشرة ناتجة عن سوء الاستخدام أو ظروف خارج إرادتنا (مثل تأخير شركات الشحن). We make reasonable efforts to display accurate information. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from misuse or circumstances beyond our control (such as carrier delays).

٦) القانون الواجب التطبيق6) Governing law

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية، وتكون محاكم مصر المختصة هي الجهة القضائية ذات الصلة. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the competent Egyptian courts shall have jurisdiction.
